Customers are advised that a booking fee will be incurred when booking online and over the telephone. Tickets can of course be purchased from The Edge Box Office in person with cash, cheques or credit/debit cards for no fee.
The Edge Box Office is open during any evening or weekend Edge event and wherever possible 9.30-3.30 Monday – Friday during term time, but we advise you to ring prior to making your journey.
Concessionary Rate: Concessions are available to under 18s .
Facilities: The Edge has full disabled access for audience and performers, as well as induction loop facilites.
Hire: The Edge is available for hire for community events. Please click here for hire charges and contact us to check availability.
Friends of The Edge: The Edge has a Friends scheme, offering the opportunity to support your local arts centre. For £20 per year, you will receive a package of benefits. Please click here to see the friends page for details.
Volunteers: We welcome any adults who would like to come and steward at The Edge. We can offer access to events and a friendly volunteering environment. If you are interested, please call us on 01952 728900.
Encore! Dance:
We offer four after-school classes.
Junior: School years 1-3. Classes take place on Tuesdays 4–5pm
Intermediate: School years 4–6. Classes take place on Tuesdays 4–5pm
Senior: School years 7–8. Classes take place on Mondays 3.30–4.30pm
Advanced: School years 9-10. Classes take place on Wednesday 3.30-4.30pm
Encore! Singing:
Sing! A rock/pop choir for Primary school students, taking place on a Monday from 4.00pm at WBS.
Voices! A rock/pop choir for all WBS students, taking place on a Tuesday from 3.30pm at WBS
Encore costs: Classes cost £2 per session and run inline with school term dates. Discounts are available for siblings.
Where classes are full, please email with your details including which class you are interested in and we will add your child/ren to the waiting list.
Café Bar: There is a licensed bar and café for The Edge Arts Centre.
Parking: Free parking is available in the William Brookes School car park.
